1. Age
You must be 18 years or older to make a booking trough our site.
2. Payment
You must make payment for accommodation booked on the site at the time of booking and you agree to make payment via a debit to your nominated credit card. The amount debited will be the amount shown on our booking page prior to you clicking the "Start Payment" button on that page. Depending on your credit card's currency and the country in which your card was issued, your credit card provider may impose foreign exchange fees and other fees which are in accordance with your arrangements with that credit card provider.
3. Changes & Cancelations
After you complete your booking and payment only limited changes are allowed.
3.1. Accommodation
After you make the payment it is impossible to cancel or change your booking, and no refunds will be issued for any reason.
We recommend you take travel insurance that covers all circumstances under which cancellations might occur.
We will not be liable for any changes, cancellation, effect on your booking, loss or damage suffered by you which is due to any event(s) or circumstance(s) beyond our control.
3.2. Ferry Tickets
After you make the payment it is impossible to cancel your booking and no refunds will be issued for any reason.

Date changes are only allowed at the ticketing office and have to be made at least 24 hours prior to the check in time on your voucher. You can find the contact details of the ticketing office on your voucher.
3.3. Booking Fee
Our Booking fee is applicable to every booking trough our website and can never be refunded.
One booking can include several rooms, the booking fee is only charged once. The booking fee is currently set to 500 THB and can be changed at any time without prior notice.
3.4. Credit Card Surcharge
A credit card surcharge is applicable to the entire amount of every booking trough our website and can never be refunded.
The credit card surcharge is currently set to 4% and can be changed at any time without prior notice.
4. Check-in
The person registering at check-in must be at least 18 years of age and has to provide photo ID together with a valid voucher at check-in to ensure that your identity matches the booking identity.
A record and/or copy of this photo ID may be retained by the accommodation or transport provider.
Failure to provide a valid voucher and a valid photo ID during check-in may result in refusal by our accommodation or transport providers. Extra charges might apply.
5. Liability
We will not be liable for any losses, damages, liability, claims or expenses (whatsoever and irrespective of whether direct, indirect or consequential) arising from the use of our site or any products or services purchased on our site. We make no warranty or representation as to the fitness or suitability of any product or service displayed on our site.
We sell accommodation and transport from inventory supplied by each accommodation or transport provider and we do not over-sell that inventory (we cannot accept liability for unavailability of rooms or seats caused by an accommodation or transport provider over-selling its own inventory).
We will not be liable for any changes, cancellation, effect on your booking, loss or damage suffered by you which is due to any event(s) or circumstance(s) caused by a major event. By way of example major events includes, but are not limited to, war, revolution, terrorist act, closure of borders, epidemic, natural catastrophe or other causes that seriously affect both parties and other unforeseeable causes beyond our control.
6. Complaints
