User Agreement - Terms and Conditions
Before booking with Koh Lipe Thailand .com you must agree to our Terms and Conditions.
1. Instant Confirmation
1.1. You will have 1 hour to complete the payment process. After 1 hour your booking will automatically be cancelled.
2. Confirmation in 48 hours
2.1 You will receive an e-mail with all the details of your booking.
2.2. We will confirm your booking with you by e-mail, usually within 48 hours.
2.3. After confirmation you will have 3 days to complete the payment process. After 3 days your booking will automatically be cancelled.
3. No Refunds - No Changes - No Cancellations
3.1. All payments made with Koh Lipe Thailand are final and can not be refunded, changed or cancelled.
3.2. Exception: Snorkel Trips will be refunded if the trip is cancelled due to weather conditions.
4. Vouchers
4.1. For every item that you booked with us you will be able to print a voucher after payment. Use this voucher together with your passport to identity yourself on arrival.
5. Personal Data
5.1. We only share your first name, last name and country with our booking partners.
You can use your passport and your vouchers to identify yourself on arrival.5.2. We do not share your e-mail, phone and street address with our booking partners. We will only use this information to contact you regarding your booking. We do not share your information with anyone else.
5.3. We never store your credit card details - in fact we never see them! PayPal handles all our online transactions.
