1. Booking Data
When you make a booking trough our website, the information you provide us with is stored in our database and kept for up to 2 years after your booking date. During this time your information is used to manage your booking and it may be used to collect anonymous statistical data (for example: how many people from Sweden make a booking trough our site, what is the most popular room type).
When you book a hotel trough KohLipeThailand.com we only share your name, country and the destination you are arriving from with the accommodation provider, together with your room preferences.
When you book a ferry ticket with KohLipeThailand.com we only share your name and country, together with your ticket preferences with our transport provider.We never share your other personal details with third parties. Your address, Phone Number and E-mail address is only stored to contact you regarding your booking, and will never be shared with third parties.
Your credit card information is never viewed or stored by KohLipeThailand.com, Paypal handles all our online payments and provides us with a confirmation of your payment, without ever showing us your credit card number.
2. Log Files
As with most other websites, we collect and use the data contained in log files. The information in the log files include your IP (internet protocol) address, your ISP (internet service provider), the browser you used to visit our site, the time you visited our site and which pages you visited throughout our site.
3. Cookies and Web Beacons
We do use cookies to store information, such as your personal preferences when you visit our site. This could include only showing you a popup once in your visit, or the ability to login to your booking.
We also use third party advertisements on KohLipeThailand.com to support our site.
